OPECI SRL is a company dedicated to the construction, renovation, operation and maintenance of sewage and industrial treatment plants.

Our company was founded in 1997 and currently has more than 140 plants located throughout the country and we have carried out over 80 jobs that guarantee our experience.

We are aware of the reality and of the need to maximize the investment made in the treatment facilities, and that it is crucial to have a highly trained staff with extensive experience in the field.

Our procedures

OPECI SRL uses the biological system of activated sludge to reduce contaminants in wastewater. This system mimics and accelerates the biological processes that occur in nature. This treatment is one of the most used worldwide and ensures the removal of a high percentage of contaminants.

By characterizing the wastewater, the available space and the current legislation, OPECI SRL uses the knowledge of its professionals to carry out the project and the construction of treatment plants. In order to do this, it uses not only appropriate, but the highest quality building materials for each specific project. Reflecting this, the plants made out of sheet metal and raised concrete and/or buried concrete are the ones that remain effective over time.

Our monitoring and control of wastewater treatment plants is based mainly on the comprehensive survey of the facilities and operation of electromechanical equipment, determining the in-situ parameters and taking samples of different stages of the process for laboratory analysis. In this way, the wastewater treatment plant is methodically monitored, which leads to an efficient operation and to be able to diagnose, prevent and solve potential problems early on.

The operation of the plant involves the presence of an operator who carries out general tasks of cleaning, handling and drying sludge, and determining in-situ parameters. He/she will be trained in the tasks inherent to the process and will be supported and guided by a specialized professional who will make regular visits to the plant and by a series of measurements in the field and laboratory, will determine the steps to be followed for a normal performance of the installation.

We are convinced that the best service that can be offered is to provide the customer with the level of attention he/she needs.

Therefore, our work plan is flexible and includes various levels of monitoring and control, adapting the operator’s opening hours and the frequency of professional visits to the possibilities and needs of our customers.

We also offer emergency service 24 hours a day for any situation that may occur in the wastewater treatment plant.

Rental of bio-sludge dyhydrators for final disposal

In order to reduce the disposal costs of liquid biological sludge, we offer the alternative of drying the generated sludge in order to reduce the volume of sludge to be extracted.
